HMSHost in Qatar

HMSHost International is expanding its presence in the Middle East through a new partnership with Hamad International Airport in Doha, Qatar. HMSHost will open 4 innovative food and beverage outlets in Doha, one of the fastest growing airports in the Gulf, in the second half of 2016.

Together with joint venture partner Emirates Capital, HMSHost will operate three concepts on airside: Burger Federation, a cutting-edge restaurant serving wholesome hamburgers that have been reinvented as contemporary gourmet cuisine; Great Eastern Market, a dynamic, multi-cuisine counter service and walk-through concept emphasizing Pan-Asian street food appeal and serving dishes from both the Arabic and Asian cuisine; and Spizzico, a quick-service, contemporary bread and pizza bakery with a wide assortment of gourmet pizzas, freshly baked paninis, pastries and salads. The fourth outlet, Harvest Market, a concept inspired by European open-air food markets with various culinary stations serving continental and international food made from the freshest possible ingredients, will be located on landside. Harvest Market will source its seasonal selection of fruit and vegetables from local suppliers.
