Amsterdam Airport Schiphol is one of Europe’s leading aviation gateways, welcoming over 60 million travellers annually. HMSHost operates more than 70 F&B venues at Schiphol, including award-winning concepts like Dutch Kitchen & Bar, Café Chocolat and Bubbles Seafood & Wine Bar. The outlets range from self-service and counter service to full-service restaurants, several of which are open 24 hours, 365 days a year. Together, with more than 2,000 enthusiastic colleagues, HMSHost provides travellers at Schiphol Airport with an excellent product, in a hospitable and guest-friendly environment. Regardless of which location they visit at Schiphol, we give them a culinary experience where freshly prepared meals using local ingredients, personal service and sustainability are core. The Dutch Kitchen, serving typical Dutch dishes such as poffertjes (mini pancakes) and kibbeling (fried cod) or our Café Chocolat, filled with a large variety of delicious chocolate, are just two examples.

In 2015 HMSHost International opened the first F&B concepts at the Dutch railways. Nowadays almost 70 concepts at over 40 stations are operated by HMSHost. Serving great food with a smile with the speed that you might expect at a train station.
