Today we launched the new cookbook in Dutch in the Comptoir Libanais store in Hoog Catharijne in Utrecht. Founder Tony Kitous bundled his favorite festive recipes, to which he has warm memories. In a live cooking demonstration he showed, full of enthusiasm, his passion for the Lebanese kitchen with all its special flavours, spices and colors.
