HMSHost recognised again as a Top Employer in The Netherlands

Amsterdam, 20 JANUARY 2022 - HMSHost Netherlands has today been officially named as a “Top Employer” for the second time in a row by the Top Employers Institute, the leading global authority on recognising employer excellence. Joining companies like DHL and Hunkemöller as an excellent employer, the accreditation highlights the value HMSHost places on its people and culture, strengthening the company’s position as an employer of choice in the hospitality industry.

Certification as a Top Employer demonstrates an organisation’s commitment to being a great employer through excellent HR policy and positive working conditions. HMSHost Netherlands is one of 63 companies that achieved certification as a Top Employer in 2022, and one of two in the Dutch hospitality industry. In addition, HMSHost Netherlands was rated as one of the 'fastest improving organisations'. With a stringent approach through which only companies that meet the required standard of excellence receive certification, the program has certified and recognised more than 1,800 Top Employers in 120 countries/regions across five continents.
