This new addition, tied to the exciting terminal expansion project at HIA, enlarges the scope of the joint venture from their original October 2021 announcement. Already present in Europe and Asia, juice and food bar ‘VIT’ is the perfect place to recharge fast and healthy. An icon of tradition, able to renew its history of excellence, Bar ‘Motta’, offers a selection of dishes inspired by the Milanese sweets brand. With a grandiose view over the lush greenery, wine bar Enoteca Giardino brings a homage to the largest indoor garden ever built in an airport, and is the travel hubs' hotspot for Italian wines, antipasti and small plates. Transporting a buzzing Orient food scene to the airport, Asia Street Cooking Ltd, takes care of guests craving for urban Asian-fusion food. Familiar to global travellers, Grab&Fly, serves drinks and small bites to go for travellers on the move and in a hurry.

At Jones Social, the first of the lauded concept in an airport, and the second of its kind in the Middle East, travellers can relax in its smooth tapas-oriented easy dining style, transporting guests from the busy airport into a chic holiday restaurant setting. In keeping with the brand’s desire to provide the best gourmet food for everyday living, Jones the Grocer Express serves its popular single origin coffees, pastries, sandwiches, salads, soups and hearty mains packaged as portable; perfect for travellers preparing to board their flights. We continue our global quest to ensure guests fall in love with the Middle East’s bold flavours and generous hospitality by introducing Comptoir Libanais to the airport, with delicious, freshly prepared, Lebanese food in an oasis of flowers and colours.
From the streets and markets in the Middle East to the streets of London, bakery brand Simit Sarayi is spreading Anatolian cuisine by blending it with international flavours. Freshly baked bagels will be offered to guests at any time of the day. Eat Greek honours traditional Greek cuisine, bringing fresh, wholesome cooking to contemporary and comfortable settings. Summer set to complete full opening
With 20 of the joint venture’s total 24 stores currently open and welcoming guests, brands Italian Kitchen Terracotta, Giraffe, Le Petit Belge, and The Dosa Factory are set to open in mid-2023. HMSHost International proprietary brand, Italian Kitchen Terracotta, will bring guests the satisfyingly familiar flavours of the Italian cuisine, from Neapolitan & Roman pizzas through to cannelloni, products of fresh quality ingredients. Representing the first of its brand in Qatar, Giraffe, brings its passion for seeking out the best in global dishes, and serves travellers the world on a plate. Self-described informal Belgian embassy of food and beer, Le Petit Belge enters the country, bringing the best of Belgian cuisine and hops culture to the airport. Emerging global favourite, The Dosa Factory brings authentic Indian cuisine to the food court with the versatile favourite dosa in all forms.
