8 new concepts @ No 1 Shopping Center Shanghai
• P.F. Chang’s
P.F. Chang’s is a global Asian restaurant concept founded on making food from scratch every day. The restaurant honours and celebrates the 2,000-year-old tradition of wok cooking as the centre of the guest experience.
• Sushigroove
Sushigroove is sushi bar aimed to appeal to lovers of sushi and Japanese food of all types and budgets. The atmosphere is warm, fun, inviting, relaxing and quite funky. Incorporating tasty unique Japanese dishes, groovy hip music and a friendly service.
• Jones the Grocer
Following an ethos of providing gourmet food for everyday living, Jones the Grocer is a food emporium first established in Australia in 1996. This store serves a modern Australian influenced menu that is cooked in an open theatre kitchen.
• Mango Chili Thai Café
This restaurant serves honest Thai food with real Thai taste. The food is fresh, fast and full of flavour. On the menu you find simple everyday Thai street food, like Thai beef noodle and Pad Thai, at an affordable price.
• Bistrot
The successful proprietary brand Bistrot introduces authentic Italian food, handmade pizzas and pastas, freshly baked breads, locally grown vegetables and carefully selected traditional products.
• Crystal Jade Restaurant
The restaurant aims to be a connecting cuisine through incredible food and unforgettable dining experiences. Guests can look forward to heart-warming flavours of Chinese perennial favourites such as the signature dim sums and classic congee.
• Crystal Jade Express
Designed to provide quick and quality Cantonese dishes for dine-in and takeaway. Crystal Jade Express is an ideal destination for a hearty meal, light bites or takeaway snacks anytime of the day.
• The Dining Room
With simple and fresh as the main theme, The Dining Room serves traditional food in a modern style restaurant with Chinese accents. The actions at the chef’s table allow guests to experience the culture and delicacy of Shanghai cuisine.
VIETNAM
8 new concepts @ Can Ranh Airport
• 2 x Costa Coffee
UK’s favourite coffee chain opened in two locations: one at the check-in area and one in the main concourse after customs. At Costa Coffee they see coffee as an art, which comes back in the passion and precision that goes into each cup coffee.
• Big Bowl
Big Bowl is a Vietnamese pho-based concept developed for airport food and beverage by Autogrill VFS F&B. Big Bowl inspires people on the move by the rich, flavourful, spicy and sweet soup which embodies the distinct influences, origins and taste of Vietnam.
• Burger King
The airside line-up includes the popular and successful Burger King hamburger chain as well. This king of flame-grilled burgers really does not need any introduction and continues to offer classic Whopper, crispy onion rings and all the other king dishes.
• Puro Gusto
The Puro Gusto coffee outlet delivers delectable espresso and the specialty flavours of Italy. Puro Gusto interprets the spirit of storied Italian workshops into a modern bottega, where true Italian coffee and food are carefully crafted.
• Crystal Jade Kitchen
Crystal Jade Kitchen is one of the most prominent Cantonese restaurant chains in Asia and reflects the airport’s strong Asian traffic as well as the popularity of this cuisine. The signature dishes are dim sums, classic congee and sizzling wok specialties.
• 2 x Star Café
There will be something for everyone at the two Star Cafés conveniently located at the departure gates. Vietnamese coffee sits alongside a full variety of convenience-based food and beverage options that can be enjoyed in store or taken on board your flight.
