HMSHost wins tender at Bali Airport

Bali, 24 May 2021 – HMSHost International, global market leader in the food and hospitality industry for people on the move, is extensively expanding its operations in Indonesia with the addition of five new stores at one of the country’s busiest airports, I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS). The winning proposal is set for five years, with the first store expected to open as soon as there is a passenger recovery, extending the company’s position as the airport’s major F&B operator since 2013. The winning package includes locally renowned café, Sisterfields, and HMSHost’s own global brands Espresso Bar and FRESH. While the pandemic has affected Bali’s tourism in the recent months, this new contract extension strengthens HMSHost’s position as a global leader and reinforces the company’s commitment to and support of airport authorities Angkasa Pura I.

The five new stores will see HMSHost bringing new and fresh concepts to the airport, incorporating a mix of brands to fulfil passenger’s demographic. Alongside well-known local brands like Sisterfields to showcase the best of Bali’s food and beverage scene, HMSHost created bespoke brands of Espresso Bar and FRESH, tailored to the unique location of I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport to bring a sense of place.

He also added that Angkasa Pura I is exceptionally pleased to know that HMSHost International will bring one of its renowned café brands, 'Sisterfields', into the airport. The presence of Sisterfields will further bring a pleasant culinary experience to international tourists at I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport.

Two Dragons – an oriental Asian Kitchen featuring a range of cuisines found across Asia in a relaxing setting with table service dining. Enjoy the fresh tastes of Vietnamese spring rolls or all-time comfort food like Pad Thai, Korean Bibimbap and Indian Butter Chicken.
